FERNBANK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 1907
Many of Charleston's movers and shakers attended Fernbank Elementary School over the years. It was located In South Hills where Rite Aid is today. The building above was torn down and a new brick building erected, before it too was demolished due to consolidation. The old bell however is now located back on the old property.
