A Black Business at the turn of the Century. "R.S. Penn Pannatorum" was the name, cleaning and pressing clothes was the game. Very stylish folks in this photo and nice building too. Most of this block would go on to host Roger Dean and then Tag Gallian Chevrolet. Today, the entire block is taken up by the Clay Center.
